Our services
Boring Strategy provides brand strategy, performance media, creative systems, content architecture, and growth intelligence services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in the individual scope of work or proposal agreed between Boring Strategy and the client. These terms apply alongside, and are incorporated into, each such agreement.
No guarantee of specific results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, product quality, competitive activity, and the client's own operations. While we bring experience, discipline, and best practices to every engagement, we do not guarantee any specific revenue, return on ad spend, ranking, traffic, or other marketing result. Any projections or estimates we share are illustrative, not promises.
Intellectual property
All work product created by Boring Strategy for a client, including strategy documents, creative assets, templates, and reports, becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment for the engagement. Boring Strategy retains the right to reference the nature of the work and, where mutually agreed, to publish case studies describing the engagement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Boring Strategy remain our intellectual property.
Payment terms
Fees, payment schedule, and invoicing terms are specified in each engagement's scope of work or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur charges as described in the individual agreement.
Confidentiality
Boring Strategy treats all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client data, strategy, or business details to third parties except as required by law or as agreed in writing with the client.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any engagement under them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
